摘要:

目的 研究脈寬閾值積與刺激脈寬之間的關(guān)系,深化對電刺激聽神經(jīng)反應(yīng)的認(rèn)識。方法 首先,根據(jù)已有的單根聽神經(jīng)刺激脈寬與閾值之間的表達(dá)式和電誘發(fā)復(fù)合動作電位(electrically evoked compound action potential,ECAP)刺激脈寬與閾值之間的表達(dá)式,推導(dǎo)出脈寬閾值積與刺激脈寬之間成線性關(guān)系。其次,利用Shepherd發(fā)布的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與豚鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)脈寬閾值積與脈寬的關(guān)系不能用簡單的線性關(guān)系進(jìn)行解釋,其曲線中存在極值點(diǎn)。結(jié)果 研究結(jié)果表明,由于實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果中脈寬閾值積與刺激脈寬之間呈現(xiàn)較強(qiáng)的非線性特性,因此由刺激脈寬與閾值之間的關(guān)系式推導(dǎo)出的脈寬閾值積與脈寬之間的關(guān)系式與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果不符。結(jié)論 需進(jìn)一步研究刺激脈寬對聽神經(jīng)反應(yīng)的影響,給出符合實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的表達(dá)式。

Objective To discuss the relationship between stimulating pulse width and the product of pulse width and current threshold. Methods First, based on the expression about pulse width and the current threshold of single nerve and electrically evoked compound action potential (ECAP), the expression which describes the relationship between pulse width and the product of pulse width and the current threshold is derived. The result shows that the relationship between them is linear. Second, judging from the results of Shepherd and animal experiment, the linear relationship can not precisely express the relationship between them, because there is an extreme point on their relation curve. Results Research result shows that, because of the non-linearity of the experiment results, there are some discrepancy between the experiment results and the expression which is derived from the expression about pulse width and the current threshold. Conclusions Because of the discrepancy and the nonlinearity of experiment results, we should further discuss the influence of electrical stimuli on auditory nerve and propose an accurate expression.
