摘要:

影像引導下的腫瘤消融具有靶向、微創(chuàng)、安全、高效的特點,因此日益得到廣大患者和臨床醫(yī)師的認可和歡迎。影像引導技術是腫瘤消融成功的關鍵。目前常用的影像引導技術有傳統(tǒng)超聲、CT、MRI等,傳統(tǒng)超聲簡便、廉價、無放射輻射,能實現(xiàn)實時監(jiān)測。CT密度分辨率和空間分辨率好,可以顯示病變周圍的結構關系。MRI軟組織分辨能力好,空間分辨率高,對溫度變化敏感。另外,一些新的成像技術如彈性成像和影像融合技術等近幾年也開始展開研究。本文就上述影像引導腫瘤消融技術展開綜述。
 

Image-guided tumor ablation has characteristics as targeted, minimally invasive, safe and efficient. Therefore it is recognized and welcomed by the patients and doctors. Image-guided technology is the key to the success of tumor ablation. Traditional ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging are the common image-guided technology. Traditional ultrasound is cheap and easy to operate. More importantly, it has no radiation and can achieve real-time monitoring. Computed tomography images have good density resolution and spatial resolution. So CT can display the structure relationships around the lesion. Magnetic resonance imaging has high spatial resolution and sensitivity to temperature changes, especially has the ability to distinguish soft tissues. In addition, certain new imaging technology such as elastography and image fusion technology also have been studied in recent years. In this paper, we discuss these image-guided technologies of tumor ablation.
