摘要：

間充質干細胞(mesenchymal stem cells, MSC) 是一群能不斷自我更新、分裂增殖，且具多向分化潛能的多能干細胞，目前已廣泛應用于生物工程和再生醫(yī)學領域。近年來，MSC移植治療多種疾病的療效備受矚目，認為可能與MSC具多譜系分化、免疫抑制和定向遷移三大特性息息相關。本文就MSC上述三大特性及其移植治療骨和軟骨疾病、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病、移植物抗宿主病、癌癥的應用前景做一綜述。

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are a group of pluripotent stem cells, which have some capacity for self-renew, proliferation, multilineage differentiation. At present, MSC have been widely used in biological engineering and regenerative medicine. In recent years, transplanting MSC for treating various diseases attracts tremendous attention, which may be associated with the multilineage differentiation, immunosuppression and directional migration characteristics of MSC. This article reviews the three characteristics of MSC and the application of transplanting MSC for treating bone and cartilage diseases, nervous system disease, graft versus host disease and cancer.
