利用Lorenz散點圖分析高血壓患者的運動心率變異信號

摘要:

目的 探討高血壓患者運動心率變異信號的非線性特征,為臨床診斷高血壓患者的心血管功能狀況提供參考。方法 以高血壓患者作為研究對象,以健康者作為對照組,采集階梯試驗運動過程中兩組人群的運動心電信號,提取其中包含的運動心率變異信號進行分析,運用散點圖的定性和定量分析方法,將兩組人群的散點圖形狀和散點圖的6個參數(shù)進行對比。結果 高血壓患者與健康者的運動心率變異信號散點圖在運動前后的表現(xiàn)差異明顯,且高血壓患者的各散點圖參數(shù)數(shù)值較低。結論 提示運動心率變異信號的散點圖可用于高血壓疾病患者的心血管系統(tǒng)功能損傷評測。

Objective Parameters of Lorenz plot were used to evaluate the cardiovascular function status of hypertensive patients. Methods The hypertensive patients were studied as subjects while healthy people as controls. Exercise ECG of the two groups was recorded in step experiment. By signal progress, heart rate variability during exercise was extracted from exercise ECG. Six parameters of Lorenz plot were calculated and statistically analyzed. Results Lorenz plot from the two groups showed different changes and shapes before and after exercise. All the parameters of Lorenz plot of heart rate variability during exercise from hypertensive patients were lower than those from healthy controls. Conclusions Lorenz plot of heart rate variability during exercise could be used in the assessment for cardiovascular function status of hypertensive patients.
