摘要:

目的 利用MIMIC Datebase(mimicdb)數(shù)據(jù)分析有創(chuàng)收縮壓和脈搏傳導(dǎo)時間(pulse transit time, PTT)的關(guān)系。制作AVR信號采集系統(tǒng),并在PC下采集心電和脈搏的實時信號,分析無創(chuàng)收縮壓和PTT的關(guān)系。方法 利用Matlab軟件分析MIMIC數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)5個個體的數(shù)據(jù),得出PTT和有創(chuàng)收縮壓的相關(guān)系數(shù)。利用AVR單片機采集用6名正常血壓的男性(年齡27~31周歲)的心電和脈搏信號,用藍(lán)牙發(fā)送至計算機。通過兩個月對比試驗,比較PTT和收縮壓之間的關(guān)系是否發(fā)生很大的變化。結(jié)果 PTT同有創(chuàng)和無創(chuàng)收縮壓都有較好的線性相關(guān)性,波谷作為PTT特征點和收縮壓有更好的線性關(guān)系。結(jié)論 AVR數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)小巧、便攜,可應(yīng)用于家用監(jiān)護(hù)。
 

Objective The relationship between pulse transit time (PTT) and invasive systolic blood pressure is analyzed with the data in MIMIC Database. A signal acquisition system which can obtain real time ECG and pulse signal is developed with AVR microcontroller and PC to analyze the relationship between the noninvasive systolic pressure and PTT. Methods Signals of 5 persons in the MIMIC Database are handled with Matlab software. The correlation coefficient between PTT and invasive systolic pressure is obtained. Six recruited normotensive male subjects (aged 27 to 31years) are tested with the system. Data of ECG signals and PPG signals are sent to PC via blue tooth. Then a two-month repeatability test is conducted on 4 subjects to test if there is a big change in the same subject. Results PPT has good linear relation with both invasive and noninvasive systolic pressure. Better linear relation can be achieved when the trough of the pulse wave is used as the characteristic point. Conclusions AVR data acquisition system is compact, portable, and can be applied in home care.
