摘要:

針對(duì)臨床康復(fù)醫(yī)師提出在下肢行走障礙患者康復(fù)訓(xùn)練過程中,患者身體重心缺乏在左右兩腳之間的橫向移動(dòng)能力,從而影響行走甚至導(dǎo)致跌倒的問題,本文通過健康人步態(tài)行走過程的骨盆運(yùn)動(dòng)特征,對(duì)復(fù)雜的骨盆運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡進(jìn)行分析,提煉出骨盆側(cè)向移動(dòng)的軌跡和范圍。根據(jù)人體工學(xué)分析,設(shè)計(jì)輔助骨盆側(cè)向移動(dòng)的機(jī)構(gòu),配合康復(fù)機(jī)器人應(yīng)用在下肢行走訓(xùn)練,使得康復(fù)訓(xùn)練更接近健康人的自然狀態(tài),有利于訓(xùn)練過程中機(jī)械設(shè)備和人的相互作用。此方法獲得醫(yī)生和治療師們的高度評(píng)價(jià),并通過仿真試驗(yàn)做出了驗(yàn)證。

It is emphasized by therapists that body-weight shifting to the corresponding leg during stance phase and moving to the other during swing phase is important to conduct efficient walking training and avoid loss of balance control. Kinematics and motion analysis are carried out on the pelvis area of healthy participants to obtain the lateral motion trajectory of pelvis in this paper. The significance of lateral shift during walking training is highlighted. The function of body-weight lateral shifting mechanism are proposed and designed to incorporate on the effective gait training based on Bio-engineering analysis. A prototype is designed to provide the lateral assistance for patients and shift the body weight as needed for a natural walking rehabilitation during human and machine interaction. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed prototype and positively evaluated by doctors and therapists.
