摘要:

目的 建立離子色譜法測定血液透析液中乳酸根的含量測定方法并進行方法驗證,為乳酸鹽透析液的質量控制和市場監(jiān)管提供重要的技術參考。方法 用DIONX ICS-1100離子色譜儀進行檢測,色譜柱為AS9-HC柱(4mm×250mm),淋洗液為9mmol/L碳酸鈉,流速1mL/min,電導檢測器,外標法定量。結果 乳酸根的線性范圍為5.03 ~ 80.54μg/mL(r=0.9999),定量限為0.1007μg/mL,平均加樣回收率為101.4%。結論 該方法準確,分析時間短,樣品無需前處理,不受樣品中其他組分的干擾,可用于血液透析液中乳酸根的含量測定。

Objective To establish a method for determination of lactate in dialysate by ion chromatography (IC). The establishment of this test method provides important technical reference for quality control and market supervision of this product. Methods IC analysis of lactate was performed by a DIONX ICS-1100 chromatography equipped with a AS9-HC (4mm×250mm) column and a conductivity detector, and quantified by external standard method. The eluant was 9mmol/L sodium carbonate and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results The linear range of lactate was 5.03μg/mL to 80.54μg/mL(r=0.9999).The limit of quantitation was 0.1007μg/mL and the average recovery was 101.4%. Conclusions The method is accurate, rapid and specific for the content determination of lactate in dialysate.
