3D dynamic analysis and motion simulation of tongue

摘要:

目的 在中醫(yī)舌診客觀化研究進(jìn)程中,以二維舌圖像及視頻為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行分析所獲得的舌體特征信息有限,制約了舌診的客觀化發(fā)展。為了形象地表達(dá)在觀察真實(shí)舌體時(shí)所感知的三維動(dòng)態(tài)信息,本文基于光度立體法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)舌體的動(dòng)態(tài)三維表面重建,進(jìn)而獲取舌體三維表面形態(tài)及動(dòng)態(tài)特征信息。方法 首先設(shè)計(jì)舌體動(dòng)態(tài)信息采集系統(tǒng),完成舌圖像序列的采集;然后由采集的圖像序列依次計(jì)算舌體表面的法向量和深度信息,得到深度網(wǎng)格模型,進(jìn)而估計(jì)舌體顫動(dòng)頻率;最后基于漸變動(dòng)畫實(shí)現(xiàn)舌體運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。結(jié)果 該方法可較好地重建出舌體的表面形態(tài),針對(duì)不同顫動(dòng)頻率的舌體,運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真結(jié)果可直觀地展示舌體運(yùn)動(dòng)特征,從而為醫(yī)生提供量化的診斷依據(jù)。結(jié)論 基于光度立體法的舌體動(dòng)態(tài)三維表面重建可以完成對(duì)舌體三維表面形態(tài)的重建及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。

Objective In the process of the objective research in tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,the tongue information we obtained from the analysis of 2D tongue image and video is limited,as a constraint on the development of tongue diagnosis. In order to express the real tongue visually,we reconstruct the dynamic 3D surface of the real tongue based on photometric stereo method to obtain the 3D shape and dynamic features of tongue. Methods First,a dynamic information collection system of the tongue is designed for image acquisition. Then the normal vectors and depth values are calculated to obtain the depth meshes. Finally,the motion simulation is performed according to the estimation result of shivering frequency based on 3D morphing. Results The overall outline of tongue can be well reconstructed and the dynamic features can be demonstrated intuitively to offer a basis for the further quantitative research of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusions The reconstructive method based on photometric stereo can achieve the 3D shape recovery and motion simulation of tongue.
