摘要:

目的 研究血管彈性變化對(duì)脈搏波速度的影響,可以為基于脈搏波檢測(cè)的動(dòng)脈硬化早期篩查提供理論基礎(chǔ)。方法 在傳統(tǒng)Tube-Load模型中引入衰減系數(shù),并且考慮了動(dòng)脈樹(shù)的復(fù)雜幾何結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建了一種模擬人體主要?jiǎng)用}的多分支Tube-Load模型,并模擬了動(dòng)脈彈性模量對(duì)脈搏波傳播速度的影響。結(jié)果 模擬所得的各主要?jiǎng)用}壓力波形及其各項(xiàng)參數(shù)與文獻(xiàn)結(jié)果相符。研究建立了動(dòng)脈硬化引起脈搏波速度增加的變化關(guān)系曲線。結(jié)論 本研究采用的多分支Tube-Load模型能夠較好地模擬脈搏波在人體主要?jiǎng)用}中的傳播及反射,從而揭示動(dòng)脈彈性模量對(duì)脈搏波速度的影響。

Objective Studying the effect of the changes in artery elasticity on pulse wave velocity provides the theoretical basis for the early screening in arteriosclerosis based on pulse wave. Methods By introducing the attenuation coefficient into the traditional Tube-Load model and considering the complex structure of the artery tree,this research builds a multiple branched Tube-Load model which contains the main arteries of the body. This research also simulates the influence of artery elasticity on pulse wave velocity. Results The waveform and other parameters of the simulated arterial pressure wave are in good accordance with the results of other literatures. This research also establishes the relation curve between the extent of arteriosclerosis and the pulse wave velocity. Conclusions The multiple branched Tube-Load model in this research can simulate the propagation and reflection of the pulse in the main artery,and this research reveals the influence of the arterial elasticity on the pulse wave velocity.
