摘要:

目的 目前常見的超聲骨密度儀軟件處理部分大多在PC端,不能滿足使用者對便攜性的要求,而已有的嵌入式架構(gòu)多基于Linux+QT等。本文設(shè)計一款嵌入式基于Android平臺的超聲骨密度儀,解決了用戶對便攜性的需求。方法 軟件在eclipse環(huán)境中開發(fā),配合測量模塊對人跟骨進(jìn)行測量,通過USB接收回波數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用程序?qū)夭〝?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行顯示,并計算出回波參數(shù)聲速(speed of sound,SOS)和超聲寬帶衰減(broadband ultrasound attenuation,BUA),并選取型號為OsteoPro的超聲骨密度儀進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 該儀器實現(xiàn)了骨密度儀的功能,包括數(shù)據(jù)的高速采集、參數(shù)的計算等。此外,作為一個嵌入式應(yīng)用設(shè)備,應(yīng)用軟件還支持對患者的信息和測量的結(jié)果進(jìn)行存儲,打印出測量報告。結(jié)論 Android平臺和USB的使用,使儀器在便攜性和可移植性都得到極大的提升。

Objective Software processing of ultrasound bone densitometers is mostly on PC presently,which cannot meet the requirements of users for portability. The existing embedded architecture is mostly based on Linux + QT. This paper designs an ultrasound bone densitometer based on Android. Methods The software develops in eclipse,measuring human calcaneus in the measurement module,receiving echo data via USB,displaying the echo data,calculating speed of sound (SOS) and broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA),and judging the bone quality according to parameters preliminarily. Results The instrument fully realizes the features of ultrasound bone densitometers,including high-speed acquisition and display of data,calculating the parameters,judging the quality of human bone. In addition,the instrument can also store the patient information and measurement results,and print out measurement reports. Conclusions The use of Android and USB make great improvement in portability and transferability.
