摘要:

目的 研究腦白質(zhì)的各向異性電導(dǎo)率對(duì)經(jīng)顱直流電刺激產(chǎn)生的電場(chǎng)分布的影響。方法 依托經(jīng)典三層同心球模型,通過基于有限元法的ANSYS軟件建模,并求解頭模型的電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度、電流密度分布及初級(jí)皮質(zhì)運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)數(shù)值。結(jié)果 隨著腦白質(zhì)各向異性電導(dǎo)率的比率、空間分布不同,頭模型中電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度和電流密度的分布產(chǎn)生了較大區(qū)別。結(jié)論 仿真結(jié)果說明腦白質(zhì)各向異性對(duì)電場(chǎng)分布有顯著影響,對(duì)臨床應(yīng)用有重要的借鑒意義。

Objective To investigate the influence of the anisotropic conductivity of white matter (WM) in the brain on the distribution of the electric field during transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). Methods The head model was built based on the standard three-concentric sphere model, then the electric field, current density in the model and at the key point of the primary motor cortex area were simulated by ANSYS software based on the finite element method. Results The electric field and current density distribution of the head model were greatly varied with conductivity ratio and spatial distribution configurations. Conclusions The WM anisotropy has the great influence on the electric field distribution in the head model. The research of this paper provides important reference for tDCS in clinical applications.
