摘要：

為了加強醫(yī)院對研究項目的科學管理以快速提高醫(yī)院整體科研能力，基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的系統(tǒng)性科研資源共享平臺建設(shè)和應(yīng)用已成為醫(yī)院科研管理部門的一項迫切且重要的任務(wù)。根據(jù)醫(yī)院科研管理部門對研究項目管理的實際需求，北京安貞醫(yī)院委托北京易普拉格科技有限責任公司設(shè)計研發(fā)了首都醫(yī)科大學附屬北京安貞醫(yī)院科研管理系統(tǒng)。此系統(tǒng)通過采用以科研管理為主線搭建的基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的科研管理系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)了科研管理部門、項目主管部門領(lǐng)導以及項目負責人的協(xié)同辦公；通過規(guī)范的科研信息數(shù)據(jù)庫，實現(xiàn)了科研項目數(shù)據(jù)的實時采集、定時審核和歸檔管理；通過科研項目的多元化管理，實現(xiàn)了科研項目管理與人事管理的對接；并結(jié)合科研經(jīng)費上的角色管理模式和全程化監(jiān)控，實現(xiàn)了科研項目、人才、財務(wù)三維一體化管理。

In order to enhance the management for research projects and improve the scientific research ability in a hospital,the construction and application of a scientific research resource sharing platform based on network became an urgent and important task for management departments of scientific research projects.According to the actual demands of the management departments,we entrusted Beijing E-plugger Science and Technology Company,Ltd.to develop Scientific Research Management System of Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University.Taking the scientific management as the main line,the scientific research management system implemented the cooperative office among scientific research management departments,leaders of project management department and project leaders.Through the normative project information database,the scientific research management system realized real-time collection,timing auditing and document management for the scientific research project data.By using of model of diversified management,the project management cooperated with personnel management in this system.Combining the modes of role management and whole process monitoring for funds,the scientific research management system completed the integrated management for scientific research projects,human resources and finance.
