摘要:

目的 探討聚類分析方法在癌胚抗原數(shù)據(jù)的應用,以獲取有價值的診斷信息。方法 回顧分析自2008年4月至2013年4月癌胚抗原數(shù)據(jù),采用SPSS Clementine數(shù)據(jù)挖掘軟件的K-means模型,對CEA相關的性別、年齡等特征用聚類分析法進行挖掘,分析癌胚抗原及關聯(lián)特征的臨床意義。結果 K-means算法對12532行癌胚抗原數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘結果分5組,其中3組有醫(yī)學意義,特別是平均年齡為88.541歲的高齡男性老年患者罹患癌癥的概率,較老年女性及低齡老年男性更高,臨床上應加大對該部分人群的體檢力度,爭取早發(fā)現(xiàn)早治療。結論 通過對血清癌胚抗原結果進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,發(fā)現(xiàn)聚類結果符合醫(yī)學意義,可實現(xiàn)精準的預防及治療。

Objective To study the application of clustering analysis on carcinoembryonic antigen data in order to obtain valuable diagnostic information. Methods Carcinoembryonic antigen data from 2008 April to 2013 April in our hospital were collected to analyze the clinical significance of the tumor antigen and related characteristics (sex, age and other characteristics) by the analysis based on SPSS Clementine K-means. Results The carcinoembryonic antigen results of K-means algorithm for the data mining of 12532 were divided into 5 groups, including 3 groups with medical significance. Elderly male patients with an average age of 88.541 year old were with higher cancer risk than the older women and younger elderly men. Clinical research should increase the intensity of physical examination on the part of the crowd, and strive for early detection and early treatment. Conclusions Through data mining on serum carcinoembryonic antigen results, we know that we may achieve precise prevention and treatment since the clustering results are consistent with the medical significance.
