摘要:

目的 為實(shí)現(xiàn)高便攜性、高精度、高檢測效率的骨密度測量,介紹了基于臨界角側(cè)波原理的軸向透射技術(shù)的原理和應(yīng)用,并基于該原理設(shè)計(jì)了一種以FPGA為核心的前端超聲采集單元和PC機(jī)端信號處理的檢測系統(tǒng)。方法 系統(tǒng)使用現(xiàn)場可編程門陣列(Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)Spartan-6(XC6SLX9)為核心,控制14bit的AD6645以100MHz進(jìn)行高速采樣,并通過USB2.0高速轉(zhuǎn)換芯片F(xiàn)T232H進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。供電部分采用USB 5V供電并控制開關(guān)電源芯片LM3674和低壓差線性電源芯片(LDO)WDY05D0505分別對數(shù)字和模擬電路供電。結(jié)果 在Windows7系統(tǒng)下利用C#測試軟件測得USB傳輸速率可達(dá)到40Mb/s,每次采集數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸時間僅為12.5ms。結(jié)論 基于臨界角側(cè)波原理的軸向傳輸超聲骨密度儀的高采樣率和高USB傳輸速率可提升骨密度測量重復(fù)性與速度。

Objective In order to achieve high portability, high accuracy and high detection efficiency of bone density measurement, this paper describes the principles and applications of axial transmission technology based on critical angle and lateral wave and designs a detection system including the ultrasound signal collection using field programmable gate array (FPGA) as the core and signal processing in PC. Methods The system uses FPGA Spartan-6(XC6SLX9) as the core, the 14bit AD6645 to control 100MHz high-speed sampling and USB2.0 high-speed conversion chip FT232H to transfer data. USB 5V power supplies the power and controls the switching of power supply chip LM3674 and low dropout linear power chip (LDO) WDY05D0505 to power digital and analog circuits, respectively. Results USB transmission rate of the system can reach 40MB/s, data acquisition and transmission is only 12.5ms each time, making the system collection efficient. Conclusions Sampling rate and USB transfer rate are the core of bone density measurement.
