振動療法作為一種新興的物理治療方法在康復(fù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用，并逐漸用于臨床康復(fù)中。本文介紹了振動療法的發(fā)展歷史，振動療法的定義和分類、臨床用振動治療儀的特點及原理、振動療法在腦卒中和腦癱以及骨質(zhì)疏松癥所造成的肢體功能障礙康復(fù)中的應(yīng)用及其作用機制，并分析了振動療法的未來發(fā)展趨勢。 |

Vibration therapy as a new treatment method plays a more and more important role in the field of rehabilitation. Vibration therapy are increasingly accepted and applied in clinical practice. For vibration therapy, this paper introduces the development history, basic principle, classification, therapy apparatus, and its application and mechanism in rehabilitation for stroke, cerebral palsy and osteoporosis patients with motor dysfunction. The future development of vibration therapy is introduced as well. |
