基于皺褶輪廓貝塞爾曲線插值的腸道內鏡圖像三維重建

摘要:

目的 腸道癌癥的及早發(fā)現(xiàn)與治療能大大提高患者的存活率,腸道內鏡圖像的三維重建可以增強醫(yī)生對腸道結構的理解。目前腸道三維結構重建方法受腸道皺褶遮擋影響無法重建完整的腸道結構,并且重建的點云不能直觀呈現(xiàn)腸道的結構。本文提出了基于腸道褶皺插值的重建方法擬解決重建的腸道不完整以及點云顯示不直觀的問題。方法 首先利用腸道呈管道狀的先驗信息,運用運動恢復結構技術三維重建腸道褶皺輪廓,然后在皺褶之間進行貝塞爾插值重建腸道褶皺之間的腸壁,實現(xiàn)腸道整體的三維結構重建。最后在OpenGL平臺上,渲染并顯示腸道的三維結構。本文應用該方法從兩張內鏡腸道圖像重建了腸道的結構。結果 該方法重建的腸道結構輪廓位置準確,能清晰直觀地展現(xiàn)腸道結構。該方法融入了腸道形狀先驗信息,從內鏡圖像重建并直觀顯示了腸道三維結構。結論 基于皺褶輪廓貝塞爾曲線插值的腸道內鏡圖像三維重建方法,克服了傳統(tǒng)三維重建的缺點,能為醫(yī)生提供直觀的腸道結構信息,也為從連續(xù)多幀內鏡圖像重建腸道結構提供了技術基礎。

Objective Early detection and treatment of colon cancer can raise the patient survival rate greatly, and reconstruction of endoscopic colon images can improve doctor’s understanding of the structure of colon. We propose a method to reconstruct the colon structure to overcome the weakness of existing methods. Methods The proposed method takes advantage of the prior information that the shape of the colon is tubular. We reconstruct the colon fold by using structure from motion technique, and interpolate the surface wall between the colon fold by using Bezier curve. Finally, we render and display the 3D colon structure with OpenGL. Results The results of the proposed method reconstruct accurate colon fold position and show the colon structure clearly. Conclusions The reconstruction method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional 3D reconstruction, provides intuitional structure information for the doctors, and is critical toward virtual endoscopy of colon from colonoscopy videos.
