基于遞歸定量分析的癲腦電研究

摘要:

目的 從非線性動力學(xué)的角度出發(fā)來分析正常腦電EEG與癲腦電的區(qū)別,提出利用遞歸定量分析方法對兩種不同腦電信號進(jìn)行定量分析。方法 首先在遞歸圖原理基礎(chǔ)上,利用符號動力學(xué)方法改進(jìn)為排序遞歸圖;然后利用遞歸定量分析方法(recurrence quantification analysis, RQA)量化參數(shù)——平均對角線長度;最后分別對16組正常人與癲患者的腦電信號的α波用排序遞歸圖定性法分析不同腦電的動力特性,再用遞歸定量分析來量化參數(shù)。結(jié)果 癲患者的腦電信號的排序遞歸圖規(guī)律性更強(qiáng),表示癲患者的腦電信號確定性更強(qiáng)。結(jié)論 利用遞歸定量參數(shù)可以完成對癲腦電的檢測。

Objective We introduce a method to analyze the difference between the normal EEG and epileptic EEG from the perspective of nonlinear dynamics. Methods First, the recurrence plot is introduced, and we derive the order recurrence plot (ORP) by symbolic dynamics. Then we introduce recurrence quantification analysis (RQA) and quantifiable parameter: average diagonal length. Finally, the different dynamic characteristics of α wave of 16 normal subjects and patients with epileptic EEG are respectively qualitative analyzed by order recurrence plot and we get the parameter by RQA. Results Order recurrence plot of epileptic EEG is more regular, which means the certainty of epileptic EEG is greater. Conclusions Recursion quantitative parameters can be used to detect epileptic EEG.
