摘要:

目的 為了輔助醫(yī)生診斷精神分裂癥患者,設(shè)計(jì)一種高精度桌面式眼動(dòng)儀。方法 系統(tǒng)采用雙屏輸出,攝像機(jī)集成了紅外光源及紅外濾光鏡片。重點(diǎn)提出一種新的瞳孔中心識(shí)別算法,首先對預(yù)處理后的眼圖進(jìn)行瞳孔輪廓提取,然后采用最小二乘橢圓擬合法識(shí)別瞳孔中心。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對瞳孔周圍區(qū)域進(jìn)行邊緣檢測,得到的最大輪廓中心即為普爾欽光斑中心。最后基于非線性二階多項(xiàng)式擬合靜態(tài)標(biāo)定算法建立了眼圖坐標(biāo)系和場景坐標(biāo)系的映射方程,并完成了注視點(diǎn)標(biāo)定。結(jié)果 實(shí)現(xiàn)了眼動(dòng)軌跡的實(shí)時(shí)顯示和凝視點(diǎn)數(shù)目的統(tǒng)計(jì),測試有效率達(dá)到80%以上。結(jié)論 系統(tǒng)能夠很好地跟蹤和顯示人眼運(yùn)動(dòng),具有較好的實(shí)用性。

Objective In order to help doctors to diagnose schizophrenia patients, a desktop eye tracker with high-precision was designed in this paper. Methods The system used dual output, and the camera is integrated with infrared light source and infrared filter lens. A new recognition algorithm for pupil center was proposed. The pupil contour was extracted after preprocessing the imagine, then the pupil center is identified based on the least squares ellipse fitting algorithm. On this basis, the center of the largest contour that was achieved by edge detection around the pupil center was Purkinje spot. Finally, the static calibration algorithm of the nonlinear second-order polynomial fitting established the mapping equation between eye coordinate system and scene coordinate system, and the fixation point calibration was completed. Results The system realized the real-time display of the eye movement trajectory and the statistics of the fixation points, and the effective rate of the test was above 80%. Conclusions The eye tracker developed in this paper can track and display the human eye movement very well, and has good practicability.
