摘要:

目的 探討長(zhǎng)期900MHz電磁輻射對(duì)NIH/3T3細(xì)胞凋亡與周期的影響,以為進(jìn)一步深入研究電磁輻射的細(xì)胞生物學(xué)效應(yīng)提供一定理論依據(jù)。方法 將NIH/3T3細(xì)胞分為對(duì)照組和輻射組,對(duì)照組NIH/3T3細(xì)胞為正常條件培養(yǎng),電磁輻射組用SAR值為4.0W/kg的900MHz 電磁輻射輻照,輻照時(shí)間為2h/d。分別取正常培養(yǎng)和電磁輻射輻照的4d、7d、10d和12d的對(duì)照組和輻射組NIH/3T3細(xì)胞,用流式細(xì)胞法進(jìn)行細(xì)胞凋亡和細(xì)胞周期檢測(cè)和分析。結(jié)果 長(zhǎng)期900MHz 電磁輻射引起NIH/3T3細(xì)胞出現(xiàn)顯著的早期和晚期凋亡。細(xì)胞輻照12d時(shí)產(chǎn)生S期阻滯。結(jié)論 在12d的輻照周期里,900MHz電磁輻射持續(xù)地誘導(dǎo)NIH/3T3細(xì)胞凋亡,在輻照超過(guò)10d后開(kāi)始對(duì)細(xì)胞周期產(chǎn)生一定影響。

Objective To investigate the biological impacts of cell apoptosis and cell cycle caused by long term 900MHz electromagnetic radiation (EMR),which is crucial for further research of biological impacts induced by electromagnetic radiation. Methods NIH/3T3 cells were divided into Sham and Expo groups. The Expo group was exposed by 900MHz EMR at an average SAR of 4.0W/kg for 2 hours per day, lasting respectively 4, 7, 10 and 12days. The Sham group was cultured with no exposure. The cells were collected for cell apoptosis and cell cycle detection by flow cytometry (FCM) detection. Results The data indicated that 900MHz EMR apparently induced both early and late apoptosis in NIH/3T3 cells and 900MHz EMR could block NIH/3T3 cell cycle progression after 12-day exposure. The S phase got arrested after 12-day exposure. Conclusions After exposure to 900MHz EMR for 12days at average SAR of 4.0W/kg, obvious cell apoptosis was found in the whole progression of exposure. The effects on cell cycle were not clearly found until the cells were exposed to 900MHz EMR for 10days.
